Where do you ship to in the US?

HIPPEAS can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Visit each product page to check if we deliver to your zip code and stay tuned for more exciting announcements on social media.

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

HIPPEAS can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately cannot delivery to international addresses at this time.  

RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Refund/Replacement requirements are: Description of product, lot number, and photos of product and packaging. Please contact us at eorders@hippeas.com for more info!

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
